Passenger Services

The Passenger Services Working Group was proposed and agreed in June 2011 and held its inaugeral meeting in October 2011. The purpose of the working group is:

• Exchange information between parties
• Enable concerns of interested partiies (passenger and service providers) be raised and taken into account by airport operators/users
• To advise the DASF on passenger service issues
• Examine the Dublin Airport User experience from a number of points of view, accessing the airport, information provision, commercial services, and airline services

The working is relatively new, and will present its findings and issues to DASF on an ongoing basis from the end of 2011.
