1	Dublin Airport Authority The Dublin Airport Authority plc (DAA) is an airport management company. 2	Irish Aviation Authority The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) is a commercial state-sponsored company which was established on 1 January 1994 to provide air navigation services in Irish-controlled airspace, and to regulate safety standards within the Irish civil aviation industry.	50
3	Aviation Regulator The Commission for Aviation Regulation regulates certain aspects of the aviation and travel trade sectors in Ireland. It was established on the 27th February 2001 under the Aviation Regulation Act, 2001. The Commission is an independent public body under the auspices of the Department of Transport, and is accountable to the Houses of the Oireachtas.	59
